Daniel Rodriguez Monday, September 14, 2010 experienced a meteoric rise to fame. He was one of his department’s designated anthem singers on September 11, 2001, when fate intervened -- he rendered acapella performances of “God Bless America” and the National Anthem that proved far greater than a patriotic gesture. Ringing, heartfelt and beautiful, his performance stirred the hearts of the entire nation. |

Rudolf Budginas Tuesday, January 19, 2010 Musical Prodigy Rudolf Budginas debuted with the Lithuanian National Symphony at age nine, trained at Moscow Conservatory, and promptly rose to international fame performing solo concerts. After moving to the U.S. in 1994, he discovered his true passion: giving classical music a broader audience appeal. |
